We study microtubule cytoskeleton driven processes to understand fundamental principles of biology and to improve treatment strategies for cancer and other diseases. We exploit experiments in live cells and with purified proteins using an interdisciplinary approach including cell biology, biochemistry, genetics, biophysics, and high-resolution microscopy.
